Henan Junton Vehicle Co., Ltd was set up in 2005, it is an integrated private enterprise with special-purpose vehicle production, auto parts manufacturing and vehicle trade. The main products are dumping truck, semi-trailer，tank truck, cold-chain transport vehicle, crane lifting truck, multidrive with six series and more than 200 varieties. The trucks are best-selling products in domestic and also exported to Russia, Uzbekistan, Kyrgyzstan, Angola, Vietnam, Algeria, Chile, Peru and other regions and countries. It is the partner of SHACMAN, HONGYAN, AUMAN, JAC, FAW, CAMC and other domestic well-known chassis manufacturers.Technology innovation:

The enterprise always put science and technology innovation as the core competitiveness, more than 5% annual sales was put into research and development fields. We have two R&D centers, Xi'an and Sanmenxia. The professional and technical personnel are more than 200. The technology center has been identified as "Provincial Enterprise Technology Center", "Henan Province Special Vehicle Technology Research Center", "Provincial Industrial Design Center" and so on. Up to now, we have more than 30 national authorized patents and 11 provincial and municipal technology achievements. It was identified as "high-tech enterprise" by our country in October, 2013.

Modern manufacture factory, complete produce system:

The enterprise has world-class production equipments. At present , our company has the advanced computer-controlled JCL horizontal and longitudinal shear uncoiling line; the first dump truck assembly line transferred by the track in domestic ; the advanced coating line in domestic industry; the high intelligent once-forming line for truck body; automatic girth welding machine for special-shaped tank. We had introduced intelligent assembly line, robot flexible production line, automated logistics distribution line and other high-tech manufacture equipments. By the end of 2017, 120 sets robot flexible production line will be used in workshop, and we will be the manufacturer in Henan Province with most robot equipments. The modern manufacture technology innovation increases production efficiency three times comparing with traditional model. It is regarded as "a revolution in production of special vehicle" by experts due to create great value for customers.

In accordance with the national 2025 new industrial standards requirements, with reference to the European industry 4.0 standard, the company has built 180,000 square meters green energy-efficient plant and 600 acres industrial park, which is used to build an annual output of 20,000 units crane and lifting equipments manufacture base and annual output of 10,000 units multidrive. The crane and lifting series products are co-developed with international well-known enterprise-CTE Group, including multi-function auto crane, truck-mounted crane, telescopic arm forklift, backhoe loader, aerial vehicle, fire fighting vehicle, new type aluminum alloy vehicle and cold-chain transport vehicle and other high-class products.
