To make the 8 inch hollow block,it is 4pcs per drop,around 5,700pcs per shift at 8 hours. For making rectangular paver at 200x100x60mm,the output is 16pcs per drop,at 450 square meter per shift. Hydraulic system:With"Yuken" brand single proportional valve and directional relief valves, the flow and pressure of each movement could be adjusted on touch panel,machine running smoothly without impact,through the double vane pump,different actions run simultaneously,greatly improve production efficiency.

Vibration system:With Static and Dynamic vibration table,it is designed to ensure the amplitude of the vibration table, so as to ensure the high density of concrete products.Adjustable vibration frequency/speed control via VSD (Variable Speed Drive) provides optimum compaction for different product types being manufactured, reducing machine maintenance costs and increasing productivity.
